All kinds of greenhouse frameworks are made of hot dip galvanized steel pipes, posts and plates, which are sturdy,
stable, durable, and have high bearing capacity. Hot dip galvanizing (GAL/HDG), as referenced in the process of dipping
fabricated steel into a kettle or vat of molten zinc. While the steel is in the kettle, the iron metallurgically reacts with the
molten zinc to form a tightly-bonded alloy coating that provides superior corrosion protection to the steel.
The steel grade is Q195/Q215/Q235/Q345 according to GB/T3091-2001, S235JR according to DIN 10025/10219, STK400 according to JIS G3444-2004, GR. A/GR. B according to ASTM A53-2007. High-quality raw materials enable it to withstand various high-intensity loads that may occur during normal construction and use. The zinc coating is according to DIN 2444 with minimum coating thickness 275 g/m². Thick zinc layer makes the steel pipe have sufficient corrosion resistance, and the service life will be much longer to at least 20 years.
We can manufacture different kinds of shape of steel pipes, including round/circular pipe (CHS), rectangular pipe (RHS), square pipe (SHS), oval pipe, profiled pipe, etc.
